DEN Cable TV provides new connections or upgrades existing Set-top boxes with the DEN STB HD PVR Lite. New subscribers can easily set set-top box. To plan future recordings, Recording capacity of up to 1 TB at 1080i resolution is supported.

You can easily set the HD set-top box bought within this scheme is tax-inclusive and will henceforth be serviced in compliance with the appropriate provisions as recommended in relevant tariff orders issued from time to time by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The STB shall have at least a one-year warranty, and the client shall retain ownership of the STB.Rental

STB rented within this scheme must be serviced in compliance with the appropriate provisions outlined in TRAI's applied tariff instructions from time to time. The STB will always be the asset of DEN. Taxes are not included in any rental scheme amounts. After three years from the date of STB setup, the overall security deposit will be reimbursed to the Paying member, with no deductions.
STB installed or chosen under this scheme will always be the property of DEN. DEN will therefore be able to charge a Customer for any repair/maintenance/replacement jobs completed by DEN/its LCOs and/or throughout its licensed agencies in relation to STB repair, antenna setting dth, maintenance, or replacement within this scheme.
DEN STB remote may be obtained for Rs. 150/- as additional charges

MYDEN is the authorized mobile app created by DEN Network that allows customers to pick their preferred channel or channel bundles supplied by DEN or TV Broadcasters. On February 6, 2019, the latest edition 1.6 of MYDen App was published.
