If the subscriber is not satisfied with the service provided by the customer care executive, he/she can reach out to the nodal officer. The nodal officer will issue an acknowledgement of the complaint received and redress within 10 days from the date of complaint received.

Subscribers can register their complaint through a web based complaint management system, www.selfcare.hathway.com, with account number or registered mobile number. All complaints are addressed within 8 hours provided they are received within office working hours.
