The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released a new structure for DTH providers, cable TV distributors, IPTV operators, and multi-system operators.

DEN Cable TV New Plans
DEN Cable TV Network has introduced new rates for a-la-carte programs and DEN Cable Combo Packages for Kids, Movies, Music, News, and Sports, among other things.
DEN Cable has introduced a new Hindi Language, Karnataka Bundle, Kerala Combo, Gujarat Combination, West Bengal Bundle, Bihar Bundle, Jharkhand Combo, plus North HD Combo packages. According to the new TRAI guideline, consumers can download the PDF then fill out the channel selection form.
The DEN Cable TV Network has provided direct access for updating KYC information (i.e., Aadhaar Card, Mobile Number, Address Proof. etc.).
Getting A DEN Cable TV Connection
You could get the DEN Cable TV Connection by going to your local cable operator or just visit the official website www.dennetworks.com. Give them your name, mobile number, and email ID.
The consumer has the opportunity of picking their preferred TV channel. According to the revised TRAI Regulations, a minimal fee of Rs 130 + GST is required for the first 100 free-to-air minutes (FTA). DEN Cable Set-Top Box
DEN currently offers two types of Set-top boxes.
- DEN HD PVR LITE
- DEN SD
DEN STB HD PVR Lite
DEN Cable TV provides new connections or upgrades existing Set-top boxes with the DEN STB HD PVR Lite. This version includes a slew of new features, including the ability to play/pause live video and rewind up to 64 times. Plan future recordings, Recording capacity of up to 1TB at 1080i resolution is supported.

DEN SD Set-top-box
The DEN SD Set-top-box includes features such as 500 channel support, auto standby – consume less energy, parental control, program summary, favorite channels, games, and so on.

Your preference for a Set-Top Box determines the PLAN and STB costs.

- For outright purchase: The Set-top box bought within this scheme is tax-inclusive and will henceforth be serviced in compliance with the appropriate provisions as recommended in relevant tariff orders issued from time to time by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The STB shall have at least a one-year warranty, and the client shall retain ownership of the STB.
- For DEN Scheme: STB installed or chosen under this scheme will always be the property of DEN. DEN will therefore be able to charge a Customer for any repair/maintenance/replacement jobs completed by DEN/its LCOs and/or throughout its licensed agencies in relation to STB repair, maintenance, or replacement within this scheme. The consumer shall pay to DEN/its LCOs and/or throughout its licensed agencies the amount determined by DEN for the jobs being performed without fail.
- For Rental: STB rented within this scheme must be serviced in compliance with the appropriate provisions outlined in TRAI's applied tariff instructions from time to time. The STB will always be the asset of DEN. Taxes are not included in any rental scheme amounts. After three years from the date of STB setup, the overall security deposit will be reimbursed to the Paying member, with no deductions.
Moreover, an additional DEN STB remote may be obtained for Rs. 150/- for every remote. A Customer is always free to select from any of the following tariff plans that are suited for a Customer's personal desire. In accordance with the scheme chosen by the Customer, a Customer shall pay the whole amount due to DEN and its LCOs.

myDEN is the authorized mobile app created by DEN Network that allows customers to pick their preferred channel or channel bundles supplied by DEN or TV Broadcasters. On February 6, 2019, the latest edition 1.6 of myDen App was published.

If you ever need to relocate a DEN Cable TV, the DEN Cable Television Network is pleased to help. If you are relocating inside the city, the DEN Local Cable Operator will assist you in relocating your current cable television connection. The Customer must be a current DEN Cable TV subscriber.
DEN cable shifting guidelines:
