- Unplug the Ethernet cable if it is plugged.
- Go to Settings
- Select Wi-Fi icon on Home Screen
- Select Network
- Select the Wi-Fi (SSID) to which you want to connect your Set-Top Box to
- Enter the password for the corresponding SSID
- And you will get a message on the display screen for successful connection.
How to reset Jio set-top box?
Follow the steps below to factory reset the Jio set-top box to default mode:
- Power ON Jio Router
- Check Jio Router default IP address and username password printed to sticker.
- Open the web browser and access http://192.168.29.1 to the URL bar
- Login into it using default username “admin” and password “Jiocentrum”. If the password has been changed by you, use that.
- Go to Administration-Maintenance- Backup/Restore.
- Press the “Default” button to reset the JioFiber router to default mode.

- Go to Wi-Fi Settings on your Laptop
- Select your JioFi device (SSID*) from the list of available SSIDs*
- Enter your JioFi Password* when prompted
